My baby isn't more than 6 months old, was just washed, and just got a door ding. Man, that's a pisser. It's a sharp ding too, not deep but cracked the paint.

You could look at the bright side: at least now you don't have to worry about getting that first ding!
Are you going to have someone fix the cracked paint? Prob. won't rust the way they make sheet metal these days, but the paint could start to flake. -

Fri, September 9, 2005 - 8:35 AMYeah, so, since then, someone hit the left front of my car while trying to parallel park in front of me, and managed to mess up my suspension as well as the paint. Total repair cost -- $3200. Good as new now, but damn.
